But watching fitness videos and having that mini workout session inside our head s is all that’s making Ragini a dull girl 😉 Nevertheless, I had lost weight and gained weight a lot of times in my life. Its like, I know the trick to lose those extra pounds, but will start from ____ date! And thats how the blank stays unfilled for like months together 🙁

After giving myself the luxury of wasting time and eating my way out till none of my clothes fit me, I am finally back on track! The five things that I’ve given up are
