My Take on The Product

Inveda Sun Screen Cream Gel comes in a sturdy tube packaging with a screw lid. The brown body and the golden lid looks classy enough to grab your attention while lying on the counter. The orifice is just enough to control the amount of product coming out of the tube. It is a white cream with a thick consistency. After working it on the skin for some time, it gets absorbed fully without leaving any white patches. The best part is it does not feel sticky or heavy post-application.

The sunscreen claims to protect us from harmful UV rays for a considerably long period of time. However, I do not feel that it is effective for long hours under the Sun. When I applied this on a sunny day on the areas which are more exposed to the Sun rays, I felt it worked for 2 to 4 hours. By the end of the day, my forearm, neckline and foot were tanned. I think I had to reapply this after every 3 to 4 hours to save my skin! πŸ™ I did not notice any difference in the pigmentation or tan-protection as it claims. Anti-aging claims made by this sunscreen might be seen in the long run as the ingredients are interesting.

Will I Recommend This Product?

There are many other awesome “all-natural/organic” brands of sunscreens in the market in the same range, that does a decent job of preventing tan. So have no regrets giving Inveda Sun Screen Cream Gel a miss because the teeny-tiny difference that this sunscreen makes to the skin, is not what we are looking for this winters!

Stay Tuned, not Tanned! πŸ˜‰
