I was having a tough time dealing with the mood swings of weather down South! For a moment the Sun seemed to have landed in my home town itself. It was so damn hot and humid! The next moment it started to rain and the kid in me had a gala time dancing in it 😉 It was obvious for me to fall ill and pay no attention my baby, OGujariya 🙁 Now that I am back, I am going to continue servicing the humanity with my actual experiences with real things! Okay okay! Say bubbye to the drama queen and bring the blogger out 😉
Today on the testing table, is a foot scrub from Spa Ceylon. Lets read on to know if it is worth the bucks or worth a miss!

My Take on the Product
The foot scrub comes in a beautiful mint green tub pack. Even the Spa Ceylon website is over-loaded with green and bronze only. The packaging screams for itself that it is all natural and only herbs have gone into the making of this foot scrub! However, it looks classy and owning this one foot scrub from the range actually feels like getting a spa like experience 😉 The scrub is not green though, take a look below,
The scrub has fine granules, that is just enough harsh for the feet. Its smells like minty bubble gum but feels great on use. It effectively scrubs off the dead cells and the end result is a squeaky clean feet. Especially if you had a long and tiring day, this foot scrub will relax the senses along with cleaning and detoxifying your feet. I have tested this on my dad’s swollen and tired feet and he absolutely enjoyed the massage. There was visible difference in the swelling which might be due to the massage too! After scrubbing for sometime, I keep this on for atleast 10 minutes and only then I wash it off. I found it equally effective as the pedicures we get outside and that made this product a total scorer 🙂 Checkout this quick pros and cons list below,
♥ Classy green packaging
♥ Sturdy and travel friendly tub
♥ Smells like refreshing mint
♥ Granules are hard enough to remove all dead skin on the feet
♥ Cleans the feet thoroughly
♥ Deodorizes the feet
♥ Makes the feet softer
♥ Spa-like experience
♥ Little brightening effects
♥ Cooling effect on the feet
♥ Revitalizes tired and swollen feet
🙁 Price is a bit on the higher side!
🙁 It doesn’t remove very hard patches of dead skin and callus
🙁 Not sure about how could a foot scrub affect the “Tridoshas”? :/ Maybe certain ingredients find its suitabilty according to the dosha types, but I don’t feel this is such a strong point to market a foot scrub!
How Much and Where To Buy?
1100INR for 200gm. But wait…. you can get it at half the price on Spa Ceylon’s website! Yayyy 🙂
Will I Repurchase and Recommend?
Yes, at 55oINR this product is totally worth it! Grab it before the offer expires. I would try their foot care range sometime later 🙂
