A Note to Fabbag!
No matter how good the product is, a customer will stay with you if you value his/her time!
I am saying this because I got my February Fabbag in March. Yes, I received it only yesterday! I have no idea when will I get my March Fabbag since there is no notification about the shipment of the same. I am facing issues in receiving my bag since last September. Despite changing my address, shooting n number of mails to the customer care and contacting them every month, my shipments go to the wrong address again and again. It did not happen once, but thrice!!! And when finally my correct address was updated, it never came in time. I really admired Fabbag when it arrived like a gift from Santa, every month. But to my dismay, the irresponsible Fabbag Team has killed all my love for the brand. I am taking the pain to even write this because, I need Fabbag to understand the value of its customers. Yes, I live in a small town, but does it mean that I should bear with late arrivals? Remember, its the customers who influence others and bring in sales for you and bad mouthing once can ruin Fabbag’s reputation and lose out on potential customers. My sincere request is to have some regard to the time and money of every customer and work on your logistics.

A Disappointed Subscriber!
Fab post goes missing if it reaches at the end of the month. I will be reciving my March one today but I exactly know what are you talking about. Despite all the products I still have tons of issues with them. Now to be frank it looks like they are just emptying their inventory :/

I feel the apologies they send every time I complaint is automated and I feel so stupid of myself when it again goes to the wrong address or delivered late :/

I hv subscribed for the march fab bag and this is my first subscription… Till now no mail regarding the shipment and when I mailed them they are saying that as per their rule they will ship all bags after the third week of month one by one… God knows when I will get mine… I can totally understand your problem… At the end of the month this is totally useless to write regarding the bag… noone will visit and read… hope the fab bag team will work on this…

Loved all the products. I too faced the same issue of late delivery so I stopped subscribing to it, it’s of no use to have bag in next month as it will kill all the joy and excitement. Nice post dear.
