Belly fat is something that makes people look older than they actually are! It can be sometimes too frustrating to get rid of it. Though nothing can beat the abdomen workouts for banishing belly fat, one has to be keen on adopting healthy eating habits too! We all have our own versions of a morning drink. Some like lemon and honey water while some love their cup of green tea. I have mine too and it has helped me shed my belly fat faster than anything else.

What Do You Need?

pineapple juice

1. Pineapple juice – 1/2 Cup

apple cider vinegar

                      2. Apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp (Buy HERE)

cinnamon-powder

3. Cinnamon Powder – 1 tbsp (Buy HERE )

4. Warm Water – 1/2 cup

How to Prepare The Drink?

Simply mix all the ingredients and stir well to get the ultimate fat burning drink!

  1. Bromaline, which is solely found in pineapples and has great anti-inflammatory and digestive properties
